Tell us a little about your business. – Neemann & Sons is a family owned business offering professional exterior services for your roofing, siding and gutter needs for residential and commercial buildings. We have three core values to offer the best services possible for our clients and the community: honesty, hard work and customer satisfaction.
As a family-friendly service, we focus on establishing trust by reviewing your specific needs, expectations, concerns and requirements. How did you get started in the business? – My buddy contacted me and asked if I knew anybody who would be interested in their open position. I was interested.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced professionally? – Balancing work and home life. I don’t bring work home with me so I don’t lose out on any more time with my family than I already do.
What has been your most important achievement professionally? – The relationships I’ve made in the construction industry since moving to the area.
Tell us a little about your family. – My wife, Kimberly, and I have three boys: Collin who is 11, Crew who is nine and Hanes who is six. Then we have a dog, Rex.
What do you see as one of the biggest turning points in your life? – Meeting my wife.
What is your favorite thing to do on a day off? – To hunt or fish.
What is the most unique or interesting thing about you that most people probably don’t know? – I am really good at sewing.
Who inspires you? – My kids. I want to be able to do things for them that I didn’t have the opportunity to do growing up.
What is your favorite quote or the best piece of advice you’ve ever received? – Work harder than everyone else. By working hard, you can accomplish almost anything.
If you could choose only one descriptive word to be remembered as, what would it be? – Light-hearted or fun.

If you could have a super power, what would it be? – To be able to fly.
What is your greatest talent that you don’t utilize in your daily work life? – Easy, I can kind of juggle.
If you could choose any other profession to be successful in, what would it be? – Professional hunter or fisherman.
What is your favorite book or the last good book you read? – Hatchet by Gary Paulsen.
If you could have dinner with one famous person from the past or present, who would it be? – Bill Murray. He is an American actor, comedian and writer with an unpredictable and offbeat personality.
