Hub Café (hubcafelincoln.com) recently celebrated its 10-year anniversary with a ribbon-cutting ceremony in partnership with the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce and Visit Lincoln, joined by staff, community members, and local supporters. The celebration featured remarks from owners Jacob and Crystal, who shared gratitude for a decade of community support before cutting the ribbon with ceremonial oversized scissors. Guests enjoyed food provided by Grazing Gouda Nebraska, while unseasonably warm 60-degree January weather added to the festive atmosphere.
Known for fresh, farm-to-table dining with an emphasis on respect, sustainability, and community, Hub Café has become a favorite local gathering spot for breakfast and lunch. The café was also featured as a participating restaurant in Lincoln’s #HereForTheFoodFestival in 2025, further highlighting its place in the city’s evolving food scene.
As part of its continued growth, Hub Café has recently introduced a new sit-down service model, transitioning from counter ordering to full table service with one-on-one servers. This change is designed to improve guest experience while also supporting staff through a more personal and efficient service approach.
After ten years of serving fresh, thoughtfully prepared meals, Hub Café continues to evolve while staying true to its mission — bringing people together over food that’s both meaningful and memorable.
