When you meet Brad Moline, ALLO’s (AlloCommunications.com) President and CEO, it doesn’t take long to see that his leadership is driven by people. Born and raised in Nebraska, Brad’s career took him across the country to executive positions that taught him how companies scale and innovate. When he and Jill decided to return home to raise their family, he brought with him a renewed purpose to build something lasting for the people and communities that shaped him.
Before founding ALLO, Brad served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Birch Telecom in Kansas City, helping guide its exponential growth from a regional provider to a national player. He also navigated the initial public offering of Covenant Logistics, a transportation company in Chattanooga, and continues to serve on their board. Eventually, they were missing the sense of connection that came from small-town life, the kind where you know your neighbors by name and every handshake means something.
That personal belief that, like transportation, technology should bring people closer together, not further apart, is woven into ALLO’s DNA. Since 2003, ALLO has developed one of the most advanced all-fiber networks in the nation, delivering broadband, telephone, cyber, and video services. ALLO has grown to serve more than 53 communities with 1.4 million population across Nebraska, Colorado, Arizona, and Missouri, with world-class communication services.
What makes ALLO’s success stand out is the team, not just technology. Brad has cultivated professionals – engineers, operators, and local experts – who have a passion for service and innovation. Together, they work hand in hand with customers, developing creative ways to use ALLO’s fiber network to expand business opportunities, create jobs, and improve the quality of life in every community they serve. “We’re in the business of connection,” Brad often says, “and that goes beyond fiber. It’s about connecting people and businesses to opportunity, information, and each other.”
Within ALLO, Brad’s leadership is known for being hands-on and grounded. Whether he is working with communities, participating in local events, or discussing ALLO’s unique culture with a new teammate, he leads by example: approachable, engaged, and genuinely curious. His open-door approach has fostered a passion for customer service rooted in ALLO’s core values – Honest, Hassle-Free, Exceptional, and Local, the same traits that define the communities ALLO serves.
Outside of work, Brad is a Nebraskan at heart. He and Jill enjoy time with family (new grandparents), supporting local communities through Jill’s grocery stores and volunteering, and the satisfaction of seeing neighbors thrive. Their story reminds us that true leadership is about vision, values, and staying true to your roots.
