Throughout his eight years in real estate, Ben Bleicher has blazed his way to becoming one of the most recognized and respected names in the game. Ben took the real estate market in Lincoln by storm in 2018 when he established the Professional Realty Group (PRG, He took this step because he understands the value of teaming up with other agents like himself—dedicated and experienced professionals who are in constant pursuit of the knowledge and connections it takes to most benefit the client—and his next step takes this initiative to the next level…and beyond the bounds of Lincoln!  While the PRG name remains the same, Ben and his team will now be a part of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (BHHS, enterprise.

The purpose of this expansion is for PRG to begin moving into other cities and states, bringing back the tradition of professionalism in the areas they expand into. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices is the Brokerage partner that allows this expansion to take shape on a national level, therefore, PRG’s first office expansion will be in Omaha at the BHHS Ambassador office in the Village Pointe Plaza, with more offices to come in the very near future.

“This expansion has been two years in the making, as we had to make sure all bases were covered before moving forward to protect our greatest assets: our loyal clients and dedicated agents,” said Ben. “We will still offer the same outstanding service and expertise that I’ve guaranteed my clients for nearly a decade, but the expansion will bridge partnerships with ultra experienced agents from multiple brokerages and diverse backgrounds, to even better serve our clientele. PRG will continue to offer assistance with buying and selling residential, commercial, new construction, leasing, and investments.”

Another exciting development is BHHS’s plans to open up a
central Lincoln office that will offer optimal visibility, workspace, and flow.
There will also be changes in management and company structure that will be appealing to agents, staff, and clients.

Ultimately, Ben decided to join Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices because he recognizes that the market is changing dramatically. He wants to reposition the PRG team with new tools and techniques to combat the traditional model of being reliant on Zillow or Big Tech which has watered down our industry. PRG is here to be at the forefront of a shift back to realtors being fiduciaries as opposed to just “door openers”.

“The economic market, real estate tech, and the realtor industry, in general, is trending rapidly towards less effective firms being propped up by big-tech companies, whereas we consider ourselves at PRG to be professionals trained in marketing, contracts, negotiations, and technology, making us fiduciaries to our clients and not just a salesperson,” said Ben.

Ben is joined by his wife, Andrea Bleicher, along with Amy Gewecke and Mark Salak from the PRG team. They have combined forces with Danny Poethig, and Prior Kats & Associates Team Leader Derek Kats and his team of agents, Amy Briggs, Carie Leyden, David Kim, and Leane Loofe, along with his staff members Brenda Carlson, Stacey Seuferer, and Marklyn Barbac, all of whom come from their own decorated careers in real estate, for support and long-term partnership.

“Our success has always hinged upon having experienced and aggressive agents, but also through extremely high-level support staff that keeps the wheels turning smoothly behind the scenes,” said Ben. “Real estate is such an important investment—usually the most expensive investment a person makes. Consumers deserve protection, expertise, and a team that genuinely cares.”
