nd it’s keeping the agents very busy with buyers and sellers!
They have recently added some extremely talented new agents to the team of real estate pros, and plan to continue their expansion locally, as well as focus on growth in other markets (AZ, KC/MO, and CO on the horizon).
Please help them welcome their newest talent; Adam Lowney (CCIM), Shandi Hartwig, Amanda Wenta, Anthony Harms, and his son Preston Harms! They joined the ranks in 2026, and are all off to a strong start!
The team has now grown to 12 with Ben & Andrea Bleicher (our founders), Mike Bjork (Omaha), Elizabeth Haney, Dillon Critel, Rhase Robinson, and Matt Skibicki (Builder/Realtor).

At the beginning of this year, they also launched a new division to better serve their clients who are more focused on investment property. PRG Commercial – Sales & Leasing was formed in January with Adam Lowney, CCIM and team owner Ben Bleicher leading the way. They help buyers and sellers with purchasing/selling, leasing, property valuations and tax strategy before and after a sale.
Adam has a very special global designation called CCIM, which enables him reach clients globally as well as arms him with tools your average commercial realtor does not have access too. Ben has 12 years of experience in real estate.
