Academia Latinos Unidos (academialatinosunidos.com) is proud to announce the expansion of its educational programs designed to empower the Latino community in Omaha and surrounding areas. With a mission to provide access to quality education, the academy now offers English language classes, U.S. citizenship preparation, and beginner computer classes to help students gain confidence, improve career opportunities, and integrate more fully into their communities.
“Our goal is to empower Latinos and the community in general with education that opens doors,” said Wendy Blotcky, founder of Academia Latinos Unidos. “We believe education is the key to success, and we are committed to walking alongside our students as they achieve their goals.” The academy provides a supportive and culturally sensitive environment where students can learn at their own pace. The English classes are tailored to beginners and intermediate learners, while the citizenship program equips students with the knowledge and skills to successfully complete the naturalization process.
The new computer literacy classes help community members adapt to the digital world, a vital step for both work and everyday life.
Through these programs, Academia Latinos Unidos continues to strengthen its impact, helping families, workers, and future U.S. citizens achieve their dreams. Additionally, Academia Latinos Unidos recently received a DMV certification to be a driver school.
