This May, The American Marketing Association (amalincoln.org, AMA) Lincoln chapter is hosting the 2024 Prism Awards. This annual event recognizes excellent marketing and advertising efforts by companies, agencies and individuals in the Lincoln area. The event will take place May 9 from 5 to 8 p.m., at the Scottish Rite in Downtown Lincoln.

Award categories include Marketing Campaigns, Marketing Research, Media Plans, Direct Marketing, Social Media, Corporate Identity, Advertising and more. Submissions are judged by American Marketing Association chapters from cities outside of Lincoln and recognized based on the work’s Challenges/Objectives, Strategy/Tactics, Results and Campaign Elements.

In addition to the flagship awards, special recognition is given to:

Corporate Marketer of the Year: A business or organization that has demonstrated exceptional marketing and/or community efforts within the last year.

Marketer of the Year: An individual that has demonstrated exceptional marketing and/or community efforts within the last year.

Student Marketer of the Year: A student in marketing or advertising that has demonstrated exceptional marketing and/or community efforts within the last year.

Dorothy B. Clark Award Recipient: An AMA Lincoln volunteer that has gone above and beyond to support the chapter in the past year.

AMA Lincoln Hall of Fame Inductee: An individual whose exemplary career has made an impact on their community and other marketers they’ve worked with.
