Just like the BLINK! concept came about in the blink of an eye, the service is just as quick–most ticket meals are under five minutes. There are no fryers or grills, so the food is healthier than most quick service restaurants.
BLINK! truly offers a new service to the Haymarket area with its pick-up options and dine in location that offers a fresh arrangement of food to fit all appetites. BLINK! also offers an assortment of coffees, teas, grab and go drinks as well as a variety of wines, sangrias and beer.
The atmosphere provides a unique dining experience using a renovated space located at 8th and Q St. where the previous Brix and Stone was located just a few short months ago in the Historic Haymarket.
Catering options will also be available for any sized group. BLINK! can cater to the needs of any event, with menu options that are perfect for anything from office meetings to weddings and any other gatherings or special events, not matter how big or small.
