Cornhusker Bank Chairman/CEO, John F. Dittman, recently announced that Cornhusker Bank has entered into an agreement for lease/purchase of land on the northwest corner of 84th and O Street to build its new Corporate Center.  This will be the bank’s seventh full service facility, and will also house the bank’s corporate offices, pending regulatory approval.

Barry Lockard, Cornhusker Bank President, reported the bank’s largest current facility, now at 11th and Cornhusker Highway, is at maximum space usage due to continued bank growth.  The 11th and Cornhusker location will remain a fully staffed, full service location.  All Cornhusker Bank locations have received technology and facility updates in the last seven years, in order to serve our customers with the most updated products and services possible.

This new location will house a complete suite of services, including corporate offices, retail banking, commercial lending, small business services, private banking, wealth management and insurance.  In addition, operations and information technology departments will be housed in the center.
