Crepe Cafe (crepe-cafe.com) is Nebraska’s first and only crepe food truck, but in February Crepe Cafe celebrated the addition of their new physical location at 2700 S St. The celebration was complete with a ribbon cutting on National Crepe Day and a speech from owner, Paul Larsen. To make the occasion extra special, they gave out free crepes to customers from 4-8 p.m. in honor of this major expansion.
Crepe Cafe offers a wide variety of crepes ranging from savory, sweet and build your own options. Customer favorites are banana and Nutella, pepperoni pizza and chicken bacon cheese.
Their food truck can be found at the upcoming spring festival, SIP Nebraska on May 8 and 9 in Ashland, NE at Mahoney State Park as a featured food truck vendor.
