Greenfield’s Updates Menu, Delivery, Hours; Reopens After Being Closed 100+ Days

After being closed for more than 100 days, Greenfield’s (greenfieldscafe.com) restaurant hosted a grand reopening August 10-16 to welcome Lincoln residents back to a new menu for takeout, delivery, catering, and dine-in options, plus updated hours and exciting new opportunities for hosting private parties and Cash for a Cause events for nonprofits and schools. The updates were the result of Owners Kevin and Lynn Knudson’s realization that the restaurant’s in-person dining capacity might never be the same again, given the uncertainties of the pandemic. Having served delicious breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner to residents from Lincoln and surrounding communities for the last 11 years, closing only for a few special holidays, Greenfield’s is open from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. seven days a week for now.

The new menu expands takeout options and ensures that most menu items work equally well for dine-in and takeout, and it adds new delivery options via Chow Now and Metro Dining Delivery services. The new menu features some longtime guest favorites and some new breakfast, brunch, and lunch items. What’s more, Knudson is offering the restaurant as a private-event center Sundays through Thursdays for hosting business or personal events in a safe, socially distanced atmosphere. As always, the outdoor patio space also can be reserved for private parties, and Knudson eventually plans to extend hours on Fridays and Saturdays to provide evening dining and beverage services for patrons.

Greenfield’s is located at 7900 S 87th St. To view the menu or inquire about catering services or Cash for a Cause events, visit greenfieldscafe.com or call (402) 420-3232.
