Hampton Enterprises Announces Renovations at Meadowlane Shopping Center
The owner of Meadowlane Shopping Center (hampton1.com), Hampton Enterprises, Inc., is in the preliminary stages of planning exterior renovations to the 66,000-square-foot development located at 70th and Vine in Lincoln. Meadowlane Shopping Center, originally built in 1966, has been welcoming patrons for over 50 years, providing convenience and prime retail and office space for lease. The Shopping Center has been an integral part of the Meadowlane neighborhood; anchored by Westlake ACE Hardware, along with many other locally-owned businesses, offering a diverse shopping experience.
With this project, Hampton Enterprises Inc. is proposing to invest over $1 million into the Meadowlane Shopping Center for improvements and to ensure the Center remains a vibrant hub of neighborhood activity benefiting the city and the Meadowlane neighborhood for decades to come. The Meadowlane Shopping Center businesses will remain open during the remodel project, scheduled to begin early fall.
