HBAL Announces Details About 2020 Fall Parade of Homes October 4-11

With the 2020 Fall Parade of Homes in Lincoln just around the corner, the Home Builders Association of Lincoln (HBAL, HBAL.org) recently announced the details about this free tour. On tap for October 4-11, a total of 24 homes in all areas of Lincoln will be included in the Parade of Homes. HBAL said their builders, trade contractors, and suppliers have created wonderful homes for the public to tour, thanks to so many excellent skilled workers who take pride in their work. Houses in the Parade of Homes will be open from 6-8 p.m. weeknights and from 1-6 p.m. on Saturday, October 10 and Sundays, October 4 and October 11.

Homes on the Parade route will illustrate options for sustainability, energy efficiency, new floor plans, added space and modern features. With interest rates at historical lows, HBAL Executive Vice President Michaela Schwarten said now is the time to take the leap into the home of your dreams. It is free to view homes in the Parade, and guidebooks will be available at any open home—and online at HBAL.org beginning in late September. The online guidebook will include links to video tours of Parade entries, including homes in the following subdivisions: Village West, Highland View, Legends Addition, Waterford Estates, Wandering Creek, Roose Haven Addition, The Preserve on Antelope Creek, Covenant Addition, Vintage Heights, The Woodlands at Yankee Hill, Iron Ridge, Wilderness Hill, Wilderness Creek, Southwest Village Heights, and Twin Pines.

The Home Builders Association of Lincoln is a respected trade association that promotes homebuilding.
