HBAL Presents Spring Parade of Homes June 21–28, Offers Virtual Tours

The Spring Parade of Homes has been a Mother’s Day tradition for more than 25 years, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Home Builders Association of Lincoln (HBAL; www.HBAL.org) has postponed the Parade to June 21–28. Parade hours will be weekdays from 6 to 9 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 1 to 6 p.m. In addition to the online guidebook, virtual tours of the Parade entries are available this year, which can be accessed now on the HBAL website. The event and the virtual tours are both free.

HBAL’s builders, trade contractors, and suppliers have created 48 wonderful homes in all areas of Lincoln for the public to tour. The Parade includes homes in the following subdivisions: Waterford Estates; Dominion at Stevens Creek; White Horse; Wandering Creek; Himark Estates; Covenant Addition; Vintage Heights; Boulder Ridge; Acreage, Walton; Royal Subdivision, Palmyra; The Woodlands at Yankee Hill; Grandview Estates; Yankee Ridge; Village Meadows; Silverhawk Estates, Roca; The Preserve At Cross Creek, Roca; Baylor Heights, Hickman; Wilderness Creek; Wilderness Hills; Iron Ridge; Southwest Village Heights; Hartland Homes Southwest; Village West; Fallbrook; Charleston Heights; Legends Addition; Garden View; and Northbank Preserve.

HBAL’s Spring Parade of Homes offers potential homebuyers a great opportunity to walk through brand new homes and meet the builders. A new home can create options for sustainability, energy efficiency, new floor plans, added space, and modern features. To take the virtual tour or view the online guidebook, go to www.HBAL.org.
