Home Builders Association of Lincoln Presents 2019 Fall Parade of Homes

The Home Builders Association of Lincoln’s (www.HBAL.org) annual Fall Parade of Homes will take place October 6–13, from 6 to 8 p.m. on weekdays and 1 to 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sundays. Once again, the public is invited to freely tour 36 homes throughout Lincoln that have been created by local builders, trade contractors, and suppliers.

The Parade includes homes in the following subdivisions: Boulder Ridge, Charleston Heights, Covenant Addition, Firethorn, Grandview Estates, Hartland Homes Southwest, Himark Estates, Iron Ridge, Prairie Meadows, Prairie Village North, South Ridge Acres, Roca, Southlake, Southwest Village Heights, The Woodlands At Yankee Hill, Village Meadows, Vintage Heights, Waterford Estates, White Horse, Wilderness Creek, and Wilderness Hills.

Lincoln is very fortunate to have so many excellent skilled workers who take pride in their work. A new home can create options for sustainability, energy efficiency, new floor plans, added space or modern features. Interest rates are still low, and people know they can’t last. Now is the time to take the leap into the home of your dreams.

Guidebooks for the Home Builders Association of Lincoln’s annual Fall Parade of Homes are available at any open parade home as well as online at www.HBAL.org.
