The Home Builders Association of Lincoln (HBAL)(hbal.org) is pleased to announce its 75th Anniversary in 2026 — marking 75 years of service, advocacy, professional growth and community-building across Lincoln and surrounding areas.

Chartered on January 21, 1951, HBAL remains a visible, effective and respected trade association dedicated to promoting home building through professional education, member communication, civic participation and representation of builders and allied professionals in community, government and industry forums.

Over the decades, HBAL has supported builders, remodelers, developers and many of the businesses that keep our local housing market robust. Through networking, educational seminars, public-facing events like the Parade of Homes and the Nebraska Builders Home & Garden Show, advocacy work and civic outreach, members have been empowered to grow their businesses — and shape the future of housing in Lincoln.

“As we celebrate 75 years, we honor our members’ craftsmanship, dedication and collaboration that have helped spur growth in Lincoln by providing thousands of families a place to call home,” said Jereme Montgomery, 2025 President of HBAL. “HBAL has thrived because of its members and as we move forward, we remain committed to supporting professional excellence, advocating for housing-friendly policies and offering opportunities for education, networking and civic involvement for the next generation of builders and professionals.”
