Every spring and fall, the Home Builders Association of Lincoln (HBAL) (hbal.org) organizes a Parade of Homes for the public, offering potential home buyers a unique opportunity to walk through new homes and meet the builders. From Sunday, October 5, through Sunday, October 12, homes will be open weeknights from 5 to 8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.

The event is free and features local homebuilding companies at various locations around Lincoln. New this year, attendees can download the Parade of Homes app to easily view details about each home, access driving directions and browse the online guidebook in one convenient place. The 2025 Fall Parade guidebook is now available on the HBAL website, hbal.org.
