KENL INN Attends Educational Pet Service Conference in St. Louis
KENL INN (www.kenl-inn.com) recently attended the IBPSA Pet Services Educational Conference & Trade Show, sponsored by IBPSA (International Boarding & Pet Services Association). The trade show took place in St. Louis, MO during October 2-4 and hosted attendees from all over North America. KENL INN was represented by Owner K.Q. Allen, Marketing Manager Dian Quist, and Office Manager Emily Ruwe. Notable sessions attended by the KENL INN team included pet first aid and CPR training, staff safety, personality based dog training led by Joel Silverman, and other sessions such as team building and how to run a sustainable pet business. Over 50 vendor exhibitors were at the conference informing the KENL INN team on everything from food bowls to computer software.
