Leadership Harbor (leadershipharbor.com) is excited to host two days of workshops on December 13 and January 17 from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Harbor Learning Center. Both dates will feature two workshops in one day based on the book A New Kind of Diversity by Tim Elmore and The Working Genius Assessment by Patrick Lencioni & The Table Group.
A New Kind of Diversity Workshop – For the first time in history, up to five generations are working alongside one another. Each generation has different drivers for the way they think and behave. Instead of clashing, feelings of disrespect, and not valuing each other, let’s bridge the gaps between people and begin working together by better understanding the driving forces of the generations.
The Working Genius Assessment Workshop – The results of this assessment and workshop time will help you and your team form an interdependent and comprehensive process of how you can work best together and live a more fulfilling career/life because of it. A Working Genius Assessment is included and MUST be completed BEFORE the workshop. Please bring your copy with you (paper or pdf on a device). The assessment takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. Leadership Harbor will provide access to the assessment for participants if they have not taken it previously.
