The Legacy Estates located at 7200 Van Dorn will be hosting Chef Fest, another Legacy Retirement Communities’ signature event, on Tuesday, August 7th from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. Premiere chefs will be offering pan sauteed shrimp & scallops, tenderloin beef bruschetta, whole smoked salmon, jumbo shrimp cocktail, wine, cheese and fruit tastings along with other hot appetizers and canapes.
For dessert, come enjoy a live cooking demonstration of bananas foster as well as many other fine desserts.
A free shuttle will also be available to the public from 10:45-2:45, starting at the west corner of the Hy-Vee Parking lot at 70th & Pioneers, taking guests to the front door of the Estates!
