The Lincoln Airport (lincolnairport.com) and Lincoln Electric System (LES) are teaming up to offer the LNK Outdoor Movie Event: Back to the Future. This free event will be Friday, September 16 at the Lincoln Airport (3801 NW 34th St.).

Starting at 6:30 p.m., grab some dinner from the food trucks and take a look at the electric vehicles on display. LES’ Educational Interactive Tiny House will also be on display to offer the chance to learn more about sustainable energy technologies and money-saving tips. Beginning at 9:15 p.m., settle in for the movie.

The event will be held on the west side of the airport in an open green space. The movie will be projected on the side of an old Cold War hangar, and attendees will be allowed to stay in their cars or bring blankets and chairs to sit in the grass. The movie event is free to the community but attendees must have a ticket. Tickets can be reserved at LNKBacktotheFuture.eventbrite.com.
