The Lincoln office of Merry Maids, which was previously operated as a branch office by the Merry Maids corporate headquarters in Memphis, Tenn., is pleased to announce that it is once again a locally owned and operated business.
Jill Harvey, former general manager of Merry Maids in Phoenix, Ariz., has purchased the Lincoln office with her twin sister, Julie Roberts and Julie’s husband, Rod Roberts, a University of Nebraska-Lincoln alum who is also director of business performance at Home Instead Senior Care Global Headquarters. Jill has already relocated to Nebraska and will be moving her family to Lincoln once the school year is over.
The family has more than 37 years of collective ownership, managerial and executive experiences within the Merry Maids organization. In addition to Harvey’s nearly 20 years with the company, Rod Roberts purchased his first Merry Maids franchise shortly after graduating with a B.S. in Business from UNL in 1985 and went on to be a vice president at the corporate office before joining Home Instead Senior Care in 2002.
Lincoln Merry Maids offers professional residential home cleaning services on a weekly, biweekly, monthly and one-time basis, as well as move-in/move-out cleaning. Their office serves all of Lancaster County, as well as Seward, Gage, Cass, Otoe and Saunders counties.
