Lincoln Young Professionals Group Holds Mayoral Mixer
The Lincoln Young Professionals Group (YPG; www.lincolnypg.com) held a Mayoral Mixer on April 24 at the 1867 Bar, featuring mayoral candidates, Leirion Gaylor Baird and Cyndi Lamm. The city of Lincoln is holding a general election for mayor on May 7, with a filing deadline of March 7, 2019. The YPG event included networking, followed by a panel discussion with the mayoral candidates moderated by YPG Council Member Shirley Peng and Lincoln Journal Star Opinion Editor John Schrier, during which they focused on the issues that impact our city and Lincoln’s young professional community.
