The Museum of American Speed (museumofamericanspeed.org) kicked off their 2024 Cars & Coffee season, presented by Lincoln Capital, on Saturday, June 29 from 8 a.m. to Noon at the Museum.
Cars & Coffee is a family friendly gathering of the local automotive community. Events will be held throughout the summer at 340 Victory Lane on July 27, August 24 and September 28.
“We’ve come a long way since the first Cars and Coffee event in 2017,” said Tim Matthews, Museum of American Speed Curator. “Our car show attendance record is over 700 cars. Bring your specialty car and enjoy unique rides, conversation as well as free coffee and donuts. Family, friends and kids are always welcome!”
Participants received two free vouchers to the Museum of American Speed for bringing a specialty vehicle. Spectators are also welcome. Admission to the Museum is $15 for adults with discounted rates for seniors, veterans, college students and children. The Museum is open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Speedway Motors retail store was also be open during Cars & Coffee events so customers could check out the latest new products or chat with a team member for help on their latest project.
