The Nebraska Association of School Boards (NASB) and CareerPathway.com have announced a strategic partnership to strengthen Nebraska’s education-to workforce pipeline and expand career readiness opportunities for students across the state.

Through this agreement, NASB will promote CareerPathway.com to its member school districts and Educational Service Units (ESUs), providing access to a workforce intelligence and talent pipeline platform that connects students, educators, employers, community organizations and workforce partners.

The partnership supports Nebraska students in exploring careers, engaging with local employers and building pathways from education into the workforce.

“Strong communities depend on strong connections between education and workforce opportunities,” said John Spatz, Executive Director of NASB. “This partnership provides Nebraska school districts with access to innovative tools and resources that help students explore career pathways while strengthening engagement with employers and community partners.”

As part of the agreement, NASB will promote CareerPathway.com through member communications, events, strategic planning initiatives and  educational programming. CareerPathway.com will support participating districts, expand employer partnerships and provide resources that strengthen career-connected learning opportunities.
