Sadoff Iron & Metal Company Participates in Arnold Elementary Science Fair

Sadoff Iron & Metal Company (sadoff.com) happily participated in the Arnold Elementary School science fair on April 23. Dirk Grenemeier and Chip Treas from Sadoff attended and were able to explain the properties of steel vs. aluminum to the students and their families. This was accomplished using magnets that each student received, allowing them to test a variety of materials. They were then able to determine what type of material they were testing.

Dayna Krannawitter, the Family Resource Center service coordinator, had the following to say about Sadoff’s participation, along with many other members of the community and local businesses: “Thank you all so much for making our Family Science Night a SUCCESS! I think it’s always a good sign that we have GREAT activities when families stay until closing! We had 52 families sign in and a total of 146 people…that is an excellent turnout for a spring event!”
