Mid-West Slim’s LLC, Franchise owners Bill & Stacie Hooks, opened their third Slim Chickens (slimchickens.com) restaurant in Lincoln, NE on Tuesday, September 15th. They celebrated with a ribbon cutting ceremony with the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce and local dignitaries. The restaurant, located at 2740 N. 83rd Street, will be the newest addition to the Slim Chickens franchise located on the North side of Lincoln, near the intersection of 84th and Adams.
