After nearly 20 years in personnel and operations management at Gallup, Ty Delley, T3 Family Connect Founder/CEO changed directions and began consulting for a non-profit organization. The flexibility of consulting allowed her more availability for her kids, and the opportunity to navigate the hours between after school and dinnertime a bit more effectively. What was evident from day one was that evenings no longer consisted of lengthy checklists for everyone, but an opportunity to spend more purposed, intentional time together. As a result, Delley decided to provide services for busy parents so their families could realize the same benefits—effectively creating T3 Family Connect.
