As Talent Plus begins their 25th year they want to recognize organizations that compel others to create significance. While many people and companies today focus on success, Dr. William E. Hall, one of Talent Plus’ founders, also advocated the fact that people need to feel significant in order to be successful. Great organizations not only drive success; they also help individuals feel significant. The Talent Plus Significance Award aims to recognize one nonprofit organization that leaves a legacy of significance in their community.
