Tru-Built Construction is excited to announce they will officially break ground on a new Lincoln office building in October, located at 4811 N.W. 1st street. The project is scheduled for completion in early 2014, and will encompass 7,500 square feet of office space. This building space can be used for many purposes including general office, medical, insurance, hair salon, bank or financial institutions, church, assisted living, group home, daycare, as well as restaurant and health care facilities by special permit. Buettenback Chiropractic is the first tenant to secure office space in this building, and the remaining 6,000 square feet will be subdivided for tenant areas ranging from 1,500 to 6,000 square feet.
