During the event, Jason Willet honored his parents, Rick and Marcia Willet, recognizing their dedication, leadership, and commitment to customer satisfaction. These values have defined the company since its founding. He reflected on the legacy they built and the strong foundation that continues to guide Willet Construction’s success today.
Rick Willet also addressed attendees, emphasizing the importance of the company’s employees and their contributions over the years. He highlighted long-term team members Eric McMann and Jeremy Carpenter, both of whom have been with the company for more than two decades.
