The year 2023 will mark CenterPointe’s (centerpointe.org) 50th year of providing services to Nebraska. They are grateful for another successful year and look forward to the new beginning that 2023 will bring.
This year, CenterPointe has served 4,418 people, housed 472, and received 2,779 calls on their crisis hotline. The call for more mental health, substance use, and primary care services has never been greater and CenterPointe has responded to that call.
As their mission and services have continued to grow, there was a lack of space to serve everyone who needs it. In 2019, CenterPointe discovered the solution to providing more and better services to the community at 11th and South St. and purchased the historic Trabert Hall. Since that time, they have been planning an extensive renovation. CenterPointe initiated a $13 million capital campaign to fund the new Campus for Health and Wellbeing, which they will be moving to in March of 2023.
