Ambassador Health is pleased to announce Kenneth Davis as the new chief executive officer/administrator (CEO) at its Lincoln skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.
As CEO, Davis will direct the day-to-day operations of Ambassador Health of Lincoln, an 84 bed health care facility that specializes in transitional rehabilitation, adult pulmonary and ventilator care, and extended skilled nursing care. While promoting a culture that reflects the organization’s values and mission, Davis will develop and evaluate annual operating plans, manage compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, serve as a liaison between the organization and the community, and further develop the multidisciplinary care team.
Davis is a graduate of the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University and comes to Ambassador Health with over 17 years of experience in leadership in health care. Prior to joining Ambassador Health, Davis served as executive director at Omaha Nursing and Rehabilitation Center and led the facility team to achieve an increase from two to four stars in the Medicare Five Star rating program.
Prior to transitioning into the skilled nursing arena, Davis had a very successful career with Abbott Laboratories and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, working in a variety of markets including California, Washington, Illinois, Missouri, and then Nebraska beginning in 2008.
