Established by Nick’s family, the award celebrates his inspiring legacy and honors staff members who go above and beyond in their roles.
Nicholas Liechti inspired everyone around him and left a lasting
impact on Apace and the LEAP community. This year’s award was
presented to Barbara Brown, who exemplifies the values of Apace
through her outstanding work. Barbara consistently demonstrates
creativity and an unwavering commitment to supporting and enriching the lives of the people she supports.
