CBMC Lincoln (Lincoln.cbmc.com) and CBMC Heartland in Omaha are collaborating to host a leadership workshop on Tuesday, October 4 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The workshop will be held at Eugene T. Mahoney State Park at 28500 West Park Highway. This course is a seven-week opportunity for a comprehensive, yet accelerated leadership development program. It will highlight the skills and practices of classic coaching from a Christian perspective.

The kick-off to the workshop on October 4 will be professionally facilitated with breakout discussion led by a certified coach trainer. After this full day, attendees will have the opportunity to practice peer-to-peer coaching through seven weekly calls with a peer buddy. During these seven weeks, participants will also be given a specific agenda and format that will walk them through reading and reflection exercises that reinforce the primary principles and skills of Christian Leadership Coaching. At the end of the workshop, there will be a final practicum set by the trainer and team on the first day of training. This workshop ties all of the concepts and practices together, providing a rich leadership coaching experience. Spaces are limited, so it is encouraged that all hopeful participants register soon. To register or for further questions, contact Garrett Garner at ggarner@cbmc.com or (402) 617-5699.
