Lincoln Christian Businessmen’s Connection (CBMC) (Lincoln.cbmc.com) will host their Spring Business Connection Luncheon on Wednesday, March 26 at the Hilton Garden Inn in the Haymarket. The guest speaker will be Dirk Block, judge for the Nebraska Workers’ Compensation Court. Block was appointed by Governor Pete Ricketts to this position in March 2017. Dirk Block was previously a Managing Partner at Gross Welch Marks Clare, a law firm in Omaha, for 18 years. He has been involved with CBMC in Omaha since the 1990’s in a leadership role. Dirk served on the CBMC USA Board of Director for eight years and was Chairman the last four years of his term. He and his wife Stephanie have three married children and many grandchildren.
