Branched Oak Observatory (branchedoakobservatory.com) is excited to welcome guests for an unforgettable summer of stargazing, science, and space-fueled fun!  Their summer hours are Thursday through Saturday from 6 to 11 p.m. for evening skywatching and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. for family-friendly daytime activities.

Each open day features our popular Make-and-Take “Space Crafts,”  which is a fun, hands-on educational project perfect for kids and aspiring astronauts of all ages. Our gift shop and admissions store is open during all public hours, packed with space-themed gifts, gear, and cosmic curiosities.

Admission is just $5.00 per guest ages five and up, and families of four or more (grandparents included!) get in for only $20 total, which is an out-of-this-world deal!

Don’t miss your chance to hold a real piece of the universe with “Mike the Meteorite,” or witness high-energy particles from deep space on our Cosmic Ray Detector. Of course, no visit is complete without peering into the cosmos through our lineup of telescopes, from high-tech SeeStar digital scopes to our massive 16-inch Schmidt-Cassegrain. This summer, give your family the stars. We’ll see you under the night sky!

Stay connected for updates and celestial events!
