Fresh Start is a transitional shelter that empowers women who are homeless by recognizing and utilizing their strengths to overcome barriers to self-sufficiency. Because of the generosity of its donors, Fresh Start has been able to provide basic needs, shelter, and case management to over 1,500 women.
