Fresh Start to Host Mini-Golf Tournament Fundraiser

On Saturday April 27, Fresh Start (www.FreshStartHome.org) will be holding a mini-golf tournament at Adventure Golf Center at 56th and Old Cheney. This event will raise funds to support their mission of empowering women who are experiencing homelessness to change their lives. Participation is $20 per person and teams of four are encouraged. Register soon to reserve your spot before this event sells out!

Activities will take place from 8:30 a.m. to noon. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m., and “putt-off” is at 9 a.m. The event includes a crêpe breakfast and mini golf. There will be a celebrity team challenge with KX 96.9 and 10/11 news in a tiebreaker match for their third year of participation!

Want an extra challenge? Teams are also encouraged to raise $180 to benefit homeless women in Lincoln ($10 per hole). Fresh Start is happy to announce Sid Dillon has partnered with them to help end homelessness by sponsoring this family-friendly event.
