As summer fades into fall, Child Evangelism Fellowship of Nebraska (CEF) (cefnebraska.org) is gearing up to launch another impactful season of Good News Clubs in elementary schools across the state—including right here in Lincoln.

What’s a Good News Club?

It’s more than just an after-school program. Good News Clubs are high-energy, Christ-centered clubs held in elementary schools at the end of the school day. Each week, kids gather in a safe and welcoming environment to hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ through:

• Bible lessons and memory verses
• Missionary stories that inspire and encourage
• Fun songs with meaningful messages
• Snacks and drinks to keep kids energized and engaged
• All presented in a fast-paced, kid-friendly format

Good News Clubs are led by trained volunteers and local church partners, and they’re completely free to attend.

“Our goal is simple,” says Jonathan Musgrave, State Director for CEF Nebraska. “We want to reach boys and girls with the Good News of Jesus Christ in a way that’s engaging, joyful, and age-appropriate. These clubs are changing lives every week, and we’re excited for what God has in store this fall.”

Whether you’re a parent, teacher, pastor, or potential volunteer, CEF Nebraska would love to connect with you. To find a club near you or learn how to start one in your area, call 402-484-7877, email jonathan@cefnebraska.org or visit cefnebraska.org
