This 10K and 2-Mile run/walk benefits the Lung Association in Nebraska with almost 90% of the proceeds going towards help fund local support of education, research, and advocacy in finding a cure for lung disease. As the presenting sponsor for the third consecutive year, Green Plains will invest more than $25,000 in the fight for clean air and healthy lungs.
The locally-based company, which produces cleaner-burner fuels, has invested more than $85,000 with the local Lung Association over the last few years in an effort to support local organizations that share in their vision to reduce vehicle emissions.
