The Home Builders Association of Lincoln’s annual Spring Parade of Homes is almost here. Once again, HBAL builders, trade contractors and suppliers have created wonderful homes for the public to tour. We are very fortunate here in Lincoln to have so many excellent craftsmen who take pride in their work. A new home can create options for sustainability, energy efficiency, new floor plans, added space or modern features. Interest rates are historically low, and we all know they can’t last. Now is the time to take the leap into the home of your dreams.

The Parade is May 10-17 with 57 homes located in all areas of Lincoln, and it’s free to view the homes in the Parade. This year’s Parade will include homes in the following neighborhood developments: Fallbrook, Garden Valley, Regalton, Northbank Preserve, Prairie Village North, Cedar Cove, Harrison Heights, Waterford Estates, South Shore Townhomes, Prairie Creek Estates, Park Place Estates, Roose Place, Joshua’s Glen, Village Gardens, Thompson Creek, Village Meadows, Grand Terrace, Boulder Ridge, South Lake, and The Woodlands at Yankee Hill. Hours are weekdays from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sundays from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m. Guidebooks are available at any open Parade home. The online flipbook for Spring Parade of Homes will be available soon on the Home Builders Association of Lincoln’s web site, www.HBAL.org.
