Nebraska State Stroke Association Up and Running in New Location

After almost 10 years of operating out of St. Elizabeth’s marketing department’s building on 6900 L St., the Nebraska State Stroke Association (NSSA) (www.NebraskaStroke.org) has moved! Its office is now located in the Barkley Memorial Center on the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s East Campus, which houses the UNL Barkley Speech Language and Hearing Clinic. As of June 1, NSSA’s new address is 264 Barkley Memorial Center, University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Lincoln, NE 68583-0738. Among other benefits, this new location will give the organization easy access to undergraduate interns looking to volunteer. The NSSA would like to thank the many community members who offered their help during this transition, including the St. Elizabeth Hospital staff, the St. Elizabeth Foundation, the UNL Barkley Center, VolunteerLinc, and Nonprofit Hub.

The Nebraska State Stroke Association provides education on stroke prevention and resources for stroke survivors across Nebraska. Founded in 1985, the Nebraska State Stroke Association is a private 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization headquartered in Lincoln.
