Sponsorship Tickets Now Available for Evening Among Angels Gala October 1-2
Angels Among Us (myangelsamongus.org) announced that tickets now are available for corporate sponsorship of their An Evening Among Angels gala, which will ask supporters to turn into a one-hour program on October 2. Leading up to the 7 p.m. program, Angels Among Us will present a day and a half of activities for supporters, among them virtual cocktail games including an alcohol pull and gift-card tree where you’re guaranteed to win, plus an online auction with unique packages and safe, socially distanced trips. Aflac is the Presenting Host Sponsor of this year’s virtual event to encourage supporters to stay home and stay healthy in honor of Angels Among Us families of children with cancer. Tickets are available for corporate sponsors—at $100 per person—with sponsors encouraged to host a watch party of 10 people, to which dinner, wine, and other accommodations will be delivered.
The schedule of activities begins on the morning of October 1, when the online silent auction will be available for viewing at myangelsamongus.org, plus the donation link opens and the fundraising goal is announced. The virtual cocktail party begins at 4 p.m.; it costs just $25 to play and win! On the morning of October 2, silent-auction online bidding opens. Between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m., meals, wine, and more will be delivered to all corporate-hosted watch parties, with the one-hour program starting at 7 p.m. featuring videos of cancer families, the live auction, and comedic entertainment by local icon Kris Covi.
Angels Among Us is a Nebraska nonprofit that provides financial and emotional support to families whose children are battling cancer. Any family living in or being treated in Nebraska is eligible to apply for financial support.
