Tabitha Hospice is offering volunteer training on Jan. 17 and 23, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., on Tabitha’s main campus, 4720 Randolph St., Lincoln, Neb. Tabitha Hospice volunteers can provide respite care, bereavement, companionship, light housekeeping, office and clerical support while providing comfort and joy to our clients. New drop-in grief groups will begin in January and open to anyone in the community experiencing loss. No registration required. Questions may be directed to Tabitha Hospice, (402) 486-8506.

“Loss of a Loved One,” held Mondays beginning Jan. 5, 10-11:30 a.m., at “The Harbor” coffee shop in Lincoln, Neb., 1265 S. Cotner Blvd (in the Piedmont Shops)

Men’s Drop-in Group, held the first and third Fridays, 1:30-3 p.m., at the HyVee cafeteria at 70th & Pioneers.

Griefshare, a video-series grief group will meet Wednesdays, 10-11:30 a.m. or 1:30-3 p.m., Jan. 7-Mar. 25, on Tabitha’s main campus, located at 4720 Randolph Street. Griefshare is a Christian-based film series where group participants watch a film and discuss. Registration is open to the public, but is required for Griefshare.
