WasteCap Nebraska and Nebraska Auto Body Association (NABA) are hosting a series of workshops across the state to assist businesses affected by the new US EPA rule 40 CFR Part 63 Subpart HHHHHH, complete the Initial Notification due into regulators January 11, 2010. This rule applies to most auto body shops and manufacturer who apply paint as part of the finishing process.
