Apace (goapace.com) is proud to welcome its newly appointed board officers, whose passion and experience will help guide the organization’s mission of supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Erica Thiel, area clinical lead with IndeVets, will serve as board president. Thiel brings deep compassion and personal insight through her lived family experience with her sister, inspiring her strong commitment to inclusive communities and advocacy.
Adam Conley, owner and HR consultant at Transformative HR Support, has been named vice president. Conley previously worked in the developmental disabilities field for several years and brings a wealth of professional knowledge and heart to his leadership role.
Lori Broady, education consultant with the Nebraska State Bar Foundation, continues in her role as secretary. Broady’s advocacy is deeply rooted in her personal journey—her daughter is the driving force behind her dedication to building a more equitable world for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Each of these leaders brings unique perspectives and strengths, united by a shared commitment to empowering the individuals that Apace supports. The organization is grateful for their leadership and excited for the future.
Please join us in welcoming Erica, Adam and Lori to their new roles on the Apace Board of Directors!
