Brylin Brown Named COO and Newest Partner of Capital Cigar Lounge

Capital Cigar Lounge (www.capitalcigar.com) is excited to announce that as of October, Brylin Brown has earned the title of chief operating officer and the lounge’s newest partner along with co-founders Tony Goins and Austin Hillis. With these titles come the responsibility of managing day-to-day operations and assisting in expansion efforts to come.

In 2013, Brylin redirected his leadership skills and competitive nature from sports to the service industry. He quickly realized that his personality and work ethic fit hand-in-hand with being successful, whether it was waiting on tables in fine dining establishments or carrying out responsibilities as lead bartender in Chicago for groups like Alina and Levii. Brylin has managed successful lounges in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Nebraska, excelling at what is now referred to as “bar coaching.” He also led the initial setup of the new Milwaukee Bucks arena bar sector.

Brylin has spent the past three years traveling from state to state sharpening his knowledge of mixology and observing new bar concepts. He has attended leadership conferences, bartending camps, and service trainings that have helped him not only mature as a professional bartender and coach but as an all-around service industry operations specialist. Brylin brought his expertise to Lincoln last year to help open Capital Cigar Lounge, and he has personally taken his role to the next level by educating the owners and staff on what it takes to have an effective operation and thriving work environment.

Capital Cigar Lounge is the Midwest’s premier cigar lounge. It is a space where friends enjoy friends over fine cigars and specialty cocktails.
