Eschliman Commercial Real Estate (www.ecrproperty.com) is pleased to announce the addition of Deb Eschliman, former educator with Lincoln Public Schools, to assist the team with bookkeeping, marketing, and record keeping and compliance. With Deb’s assistance this summer, Eschliman Commercial Real Estate has closed on retail land, a flex building, several retail and office transactions and consulting jobs, and taken new listings.

Deb is a graduate of UNL and holds a degree in music education. During her time at UNL, she was a four-year member of the Cornhusker Marching Band. Deb taught elementary music in Maryland for 22 years and in Lincoln for 15 years, and has served on the Nebraska Music Educator’s Board as advocacy chair. Deb and her husband Paul enjoy singing in church choir, spending time with family here in Lincoln, and traveling to Colorado and Maryland to visit family.

Eschliman Commercial Real Estate is led by Robin and Ted Eschliman and provides consultation services for office, retail, warehouse, land, and commercial investment prospects, as well as sales and lease listing for the greater Lincoln areas. Robin hosts KLIN Radio’s weekly “Grow Lincoln Show” that covers the latest businesses and restaurants opening, closing, moving, and expanding and features local and regional expert guest interviews.
