The Lincoln Public Schools (LPS) (lps.org) district is proud to announce that Jamie Cook, the principal of Humann Elementary School, will be transitioning to a new role at the Nebraska Department of Education (NDE) effective July 1. Cook has been a dedicated leader at Humann Elementary, where she has made a significant impact on both students and staff over the years.
During her tenure as principal, Cook was known for her unwavering commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. She worked tirelessly to ensure that students received a high-quality education while supporting teachers and staff to achieve their professional goals. Her leadership and passion for education have been an inspiration to the entire school community.
